Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were a bit dated and needed refurbishment, some were small and old, but mine was very clean, big enough, and comfortable. The lovely staff and excellent location made my stay enjoyable, despite the room conditions.
The hotel is situated at the rear of the hotel, which was exactly what we requested and surpassed our expectations. The dining experience was horrible and of poor quality, but the location is the best for anyone going to Llandudno, right on the pier and overlooking the sea.
My stay at the hotel was a complete disappointment. The rooms were filthy and not suitable for staying, full of old facilities, and far from clean. It was not worth the high price I paid; a total rip-off. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with staff being very helpful and friendly.
The hotel had a prime location with a full view of the sweeping bay, but the approach was marred by rubble. The rooms were tired and dated, with a musty smell upon entering. The dining options were really limited with poor quality offerings.
The hotel's location is superb, with great views and close to town shops and restaurants. The rooms, although very basic, are enjoyable, but they urgently need updating. The service was pleasant and helpful, especially during the check-in process. The dining experience was satisfactory, with consistently fresh offerings, but some improvements could be made. The carpet throughout the hotel needs attention, while the views across the bay are exceptional.
The hotel had amazing views at all times, but the rooms were a bit cramped, with a double and a single bed in a twin room. The view of the inner courtyard wasn't to my liking.
The hotel had small rooms with some maintenance issues, but it was clean and comfortable. The service was mixed, with some friendly staff but others not so much. The location was excellent, close to the town center, but the decor left something to be desired. The dining experience was good overall, offering excellent value. The facilities were decent, though some room for improvement.
The hotel has a great location close to the sea and pier, but the rooms were disappointing with poor cleanliness and outdated decor. The service was fantastic, especially Ellie who was amazing. The dining experience was not up to standard, and the facilities need improvement.
